In all honesty, finding time to celebrate yourself should be a priority. In my case, finding an indulgent treat with a glass of wine is enough. Yet, it can be much better with friends who can relate to the daily struggles. As a mother I understand it’s challenging to find the time to focus on ourselves. Yet, as mothers we need to focus on ourselves to be the best version possible for our families.
