    Coconut chocolate oh my Oikos Yogurt come to me! Sounds so yummy! I only drink water and the occasional hot chocolate though I do have to watch to make sure I drink enough. As for exercising I do them from my wheelchair but they really do build up muscle (not like a gym of course, hopefully that day will come)!

    Snacking healthy is important. I’ve never tried the Oikos Protein Yogurt before but it looks so good. I might grab a few to try the next time I shop at Walmart.

    I’ve tried Oikos yogurt and adding the crunchy toppings makes all the difference. I love the coconut flavor and this is one of my favorite afternoon snack.

    This looks like something I would get and stock up on. We love trying different kinds of greek yogurt but this one with toppings is fantastic! Protein with added protein! Can’t get any more healthier than that!
